Andrew Bacon
Profile
Enterprise Apple platform experience.
My experience comes from years of enterprise work managing Apple
devices at scale across macOS desktops, laptops, iPhone and
iPad fleets, and Apple TV deployments. This includes
endpoint management, identity, compliance, automation, and the
day-to-day administration behind keeping Apple environments
running.
Approach
Apple management with a systems mindset.
I design workflows that are reliable, well documented, and built for
long-term operational support, with an emphasis on removing friction,
automating repetitive work, and adapting cleanly as needs change.
AI is part of that toolkit. I use it to accelerate research,
scripting, application development, and troubleshooting across Apple
management, Linux, identity, and endpoint systems. It helps me explore
and iterate faster, but every solution still has to be practical,
maintainable, and grounded in sound operational judgment.

Apps
Focused apps and open-source tools.
I build focused apps for learning, documenting, mapping systems,
and turning repeated workflows into something easier to return to.
ShellRef and Terminal Atlas are CRT-inspired apps for terminal study,
and InfraCanvas is a signed, notarized, open-source Mac app for
sketching infrastructure and system relationships.
